a. How to differentiate a worker, supervisor, Manager as per Factories Act. as the act states only occupier, manger, worker
b. The general practice in industry is, any staff member like supervisor, Manager are not paid / considered for overtime - can any one substantiate, as per factories act, how staff members are not eligible for overtime.
