I am looking for a Relocation Policy for a new joinee for a Startup firm

There are organizations who have relocation policy both for new appointment as well as for existing employees.

For new appointment, if the employee relocate from his/her home town to some other place then - actual cost of transferring personal belongings, Air/train fare for self, spouse and children and at least 7 /10 days special leave.

In case of existing employee for transfer and relocate to a new place , the above policy will also be applicable.

There are organizations over and above also offering one time some relocation allowance.
