Hi all
I am an MBA from premier b school with 2 and half year work ex in SAP CRM ,having worked in 4 end to end implementations along with an enhancement & support.I am cross certified in SAP CRM(Marketing,CIC,Sales) & SAP BI.
I have worked in 1 SAP BI implementation too.
I got an offer from Indian MNC ,want to evaluate it what should i expect ,
(8-10 lakhs) considering SAP CRM being hot module in market.
Also how can i negotiate further ,like asking for signing bonus & for relocation allowance as for this job i have to move from Delhi to Pune.
Please suggest considering all these things what and how should i negotiate ,also they have considered my MBA as domain experience as its from Tier-1 B school
so its like they are hiring me for 4-6 years work ex.
Looking for your help,any help would be highly appreciated.
