Hi Everyone, In 2012 I've worked as an HR- Admin Executive, where the company had tools to keep everything aligned and stern. After which I have taken up a different job in MNC as a Sr. Process Executive(5 years).
Now I have a situation where I had to take up the job as an HR again, feeling I forgot everything. Moreover, I have chosen the Health Care Sector. It's been an Entrepreneurship Company for 5 years they did not have any HR till I joined. I am struggling to create/ prepare the HR Policies and Documents from the scratch.
I require your support in creating/ preparing all the Policies and Documents for Health Clinic with 25 employees at present and we are in the plan to expand this into many cities going further and implement the same policies I am going to prepare.
