I M NISHA , I AM RERUITMENT OFFICER WITH A YELLOWPAGES COMPANY .I AM DEALING WITH VARIOUS CONSULTANTS WHO ARE NOT CHARGING THE COMPANY BUT THE QUALITY OF CANDIDATES ARE NOT GOOD. AND I HAVE APPROACHED SO MANY TRAINING INSTITUTES IN DELHI , BUT AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. REFERENCES PLAY VERY IMPORTANT ROLE BUT IN THIS CASE QUANTITY IS NOT GOOD. SO IF I CAN HAVE SOME NEW IDEAS ,I WILL REALLY BE GRATEFUL

Dear Friends,
I am working as a recruitment consultant in a leading saudi based steel manufacturing company. I am looking for to hire people but my sponsor in Saudi Arabia doesn't allow me to contact a recruitment consultant, because they charges a high amount of feeses for to do this. Can any one guide me how to go to a popular site for to get a resume of engineers and other professionals for free. A site which is providing a database of resumes for free. I want to hire all categories except administration and HR.
