My Employer is not accepting my resignation. I gave notice period and severed notice period as per my documents. But he is not willing to provide acceptance letter or relieving letter even after multiple reminders. Without these documents I cannot proceed in next organisation. As per him there is no alternate resource he has if I leave now or in current lock down situation. What options I have?
