Greetings to all Readers. I am working with a Pvt Ltd Company Service Engineer, Since I joined salary is getting delayed by months, Currently they haven't paid me since July 2019 till now. So i decided to move out.
Before resign I was already taking followups for pending salary with My manager and His manager including HR. There was no reply by anyone, so i forwarded my mail to Company MD and he also didn't reply. On 23rd October 19 I sent my resignation and same acknowledged by my Manager on next day.
They were not paying so i was not able to go on site due to lack of money, same has been mention by me over mail.
On 30th Nov they blocked my Official email id, When i asked the reason verbally or by my personal email id also they didn't replied.
So in frustration i sent a sms to HR executive i m going to file a FIR then hey turned up and communicated that you are relieved by company from 24th oct 19. They have to say you have not visited any site after resignation and you are relieved to go after submitting your dues, I have some material which cost 17,000 which i have to submit then only they will clear my one salary and my pending due within 60 days. Including Salary and conveyance company has to pay me around 147000.
even company is not submitting EPF since April 2018 and deducting every month from salary and salary slip of september month generated without pay.
I don't have money for my bread and butter and rents.
How would i handle this case. Sorry for grammatical mistakes.
