Please tell me whether any GST deduction is applicable on Full and Final Settlement provided to an employee after resignation.

GST is not applicable on full & final settlement but there is a controversy on Service Tax (now GST) on recovery of notice pay.
I remember the topic of Service Tax was discussed on this forum by someone.
