Hi Does anybody have the Rules for newly enacted Maharashtra Shops and Establishments (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act, 2017 which came into efefct from 19th Dec 2017. Regards

The rules are not notified as on date. However, the draft rules are published by a circular of GOM dated 02.02.2018 for objections to be raised within 15 days of its publication.
