Please let me know, as per the Factory Act, 1948, how many times can we extend the weekly off once in a month? If any worker's weekly off is defined on Sunday and we extend the off on Wednesday instead of Sunday due to urgency in the plant. When will the next off be? Can we give the next off on Sunday or Wednesday? Please confirm.
