Though the Factories act - 1948 specifies the minimum limit on Weekly offs for workers, would like to know, Is there any maximum limit for weekly offs to be given in a week.

There is no limit for weakly off under factory act but u must a weakly off within 10 days note-that for the all off u must pay his salary

Well as you already have gone through the Factory Act, 1948 for weekly off and other details but guess forget to read about minimum and maximum working hours/days for a week/month/year.

I have a doubt in PF Monthly Chellan. As per new rules I generate Chellan for the month Aprlil in may 14th but still now I am not submitted to banks. as per the pf rules chellan can lapes 15 days, so my chellan genaration date is exceed 15 days, for this how can I generate another chellan? Please guide me in this issue.
