You dont need to have certified standing order, if your establishment's employees strength is less than 100 in karnataka. Certified standing order is required, for more than 50 is in Tamilnadu state only.
You can follow model standing orders until the strength reaches to 100.

There is no need to follow model standing orders when there is no certified standing orders because of the eligible strength. However, in such cases, company do follow the appointment orders that are given to the employees.

The standing order is generally applicable to an establishment where the total number of workmen are 100 or more. However, the government vide notification can reduce the number from 100 to 50.
As per the standing order Act, the amendment vide Karnataka Act 37 of 1975 w.e.f. 11-07-1977 the total strength is 50 or more for the purpose of applicability of the Act in the state of Karnataka.

i have a query with respect to Industrial Standing Order
if in the certified standing order it is mentioned that " writing anonymous letters or criticizing the superior officer or any worker of facility is major misconduct.
is it against the LAW , if yes please provide the law, i am in urgent requirement of the same.
