Do u want the forms like 19 & 10c or the forms which are requied to for registration.
If u want any specific then do tell me becoz it will be really difficult to write the steps of filling of each and every form.

I have attached these forms at cite hr because some time I want any form on urgent basis but not able to find that & at that time I really feel irritation. And I don't want anybody to feel that irritation.
I’ll try to attach most of the forms related ESI,PF, IR and other.
