Dear sir,
I resigned my service from JSW & relived from there on 27 Feb.2015.
I submitted PF withdrawal form & all required documents with complete
no dues certificate.
Its 5 months happened but still i didn't get my settlement.
While other settlement like that salary ,leave amount & bonus etc already credited in my account within 2 months.
Regarding this i called to JSW Toranagallu,they informed me please talk to Salem office Mr. Sridhar Natrajan so i called to Mr. Sridhar but he tolled me they send all form & documents at PF office please contact them.
So after a week, I contact at Salem PF office with my details,their reply is following
Sir,
Your claim is rejected and sent to employer. You are advised to contact the employer alongwith copy of PAN card and Form 15G/15H otherwise TDS amount will be deducted at the rate of 34.608 percent.

But ,whenever i called to employer means at JSW Salem to Mr. Sridhar
He was telling that,you contact PF office.
So what should i do now??

Dear Amit,
Write to the Information Officer, Sub Regional PF Commissioner's Office, Salem under RTI Act regarding status of your application & further proceedings. The Information Officer will respond to you in writing within 30 days from the receipt of your letter. Proceed in compliance with the reply.

they replied me that your Claim rejected plz contact to your employer along with copy of pain and form 15g otherwise tds amount will be deduct 34.608%
Now i contact to company or employer they dont respond properly.
I left JSW before 5 month,so in 15G form
should i fill according to current income or today's date or should i fill in old date & old date according to JSW????
I am little confused,i never fill such form
is it self declaration only ???or is to be verified by any officer??
I talk to previous company they told send your PAN copy and form 15G by post.
they not guiding any my querry

now in which company i am working no any pf deducting here
and salary is little hike from previous company..
from 5 months i working in rajasthan a company.
When i resigned from JSW during my reliving and notice period when i given application of pf withdrawal & fill forms,then i also gave a affidavit there,why i withdrawing amount.
and also gave a declaration that i will not join any company for two months,i am going to home not will join any company.
