This is really a good and a beautiful idea of reward and recognition, in the present day scenario unless the human/worker/employer and at the highest ecelons in where ever the position suitably recognised give us the greatest of proportion in the long run ....
1) Get a design by openly announcing competition giving patent of 1 or 2%(for the particular design) of sales turnover or lumpsum to motivation and participation and for the winner...they feel elevated as a partner/involvement in both the ways your organisation will succeed.
2) The customers can also participate for certain period let their suggestions be appreciated and deliver goods for the best suggestion..let it be colour combination (separately) and design (separately) ...
3) Appreciate cross culture designs ... a combination north/south, northeast/north, northeast/south, bengali/eastern culture etc.,
4) In the retail sector...customer appreciation, the one shop that succeed in sales turnover/revenue give the latest design moving of goods, Manager participation..etc.,
you can clearly give your want/exact/specific way of motivating whether the customer or the employee ..reward/recognition ...and that is the most important ...
