How does the separation policy in your firm, define your situation? You have decided the right path. During probation, there is ideally no notice period. However, since you are ready to pay for 2 months, it covers you further. How were the other employees who left their employment during probation managed ?
Looking forward to hear from you

Hi,
it doesn’t matter whether you resigned in a normal employment condition or on probation period, if you are ready to follow the procedure as stated in your appointment/joining latter, they will provide you relieving and experience latter for the period you worked for them.
Well I wanna know why and who put you in this questionable situation or what made you feel like to raise this concern. Is there anything that you still have not shared with us and worried about it? See, in a normal work conditions, employer never hesitated to relieve employees or provide experience latter or if all goes according to the term & conditions of employment and employee follows the procedure, and as you are ready, you do not need to worry about anything but if there is anything wrong, feel free to share with us. So that, we can help you in a appropriate way.

Since you are willing to complete the notice period, there should be no problem.
You need to send a formal resignation letter to your Hr and Manager, clearly stating you are willing to do the normal 2 month notice period. Also speak personally to them when giving the letter.
There is no reason whys they will not give you the relieving and experience letter

Usually, the notice period on probation will be 15 days or so, as against 2 or three months after confirmation.
i understand that the 2 months notice would be for resignation after confirmation.
Check your offer and appointment letters for details and technically and legally, you need to work for the prescribed notice period.
And being a proper resignation, there should be no issue from the employer's part to give you the relieving/ experience letters.

Dear Pradeep@MM,
As per your last thread you share there is 2 months notice period for confirm employee, but you don't know what is the notice period of those employees who are in probation period, you read your appointment letter the clause for resignation and termination of services you will get all information. After getting information regarding resignation you can serve notice. Management will issued you reliving letter with experience certificate if you will follow the term and conditions that is mentioned in your appointment letter.

I need to join the government job on August 24th in Bangalore. I have already resigned today from the present company, but there has been no acknowledgement from my company. They say its a billing loss for them and I compulsory need to serve three months notice period. Please help the way out. Offer letter says "Your services may be terminated by either party giving notice in writing for three months or payment of salary in lieu thereof. The company reserves the right to not accept notice in lieu of notice."
Please help neither party is ready to understand. Government organization is not ready to extend the joining time. Please help.
