Dear Sarojwal,
There are a lots of options, some of them are-
1. Give them a silver coin of Lord Ganesh & Goddess Laxmi
2. May give them a packet of dry-fruits
3. May Give them some gift vouchers
4. May give them some gift items with organisation name printed
5. May give them some extra incentives
6. May give them some packet of sweets..
And so on.. you may give any of the item which you think would be used for the purpose of deepawali..
Wish You all D Best..

Amit Seth.

Greetings for the day!

I think so that whatever gifts be given to the employee staff should be irrespective of their position. However, many land up giving cheaper gifts to the lower grade staff which will not serve the purpose. They are the ones who need useful things the most. The upper grade staff also get gifts from outside associates and friends so our gifts might of not be much importance.Whatever the case may be the gifts should be genuinely useful to all. May be a crockery set of two bowls, or set of some twin jars for keeping groceries , set of four small bowls with tray to serve snacks, cutlery set with spoons, forks , etc. if the budget is not the problem. And if want to go for more less than maybe a wall hanging, or showpiece with a watch serving dual purpose, or the best would be to include the amount to be spent on the gifts with the bonus so that each one can make a sensible , judicious use of the money they receive. But, of course all this should be accompanied by some sweets as they are sign of spreading sweetness in the festives.

Best Regards,

Chital Naresh.
