It depends on your budget............you may find following options interesting:
1. Gift/shopping Voucher for eg bigbazar etc so that they can buy their ration with it. It will be very helpful for people in such economic conditions.
2. Movie picnic where you can book the entire hall during some non peak hours and ask every one to bring their relatives and friends this way you will also do branding for your company.
3. Click your employees doing different actions for eg someone is eating in big plate click him and gift him in nice frame infront of everyone.
