Good Afternoon.
This is my first posting on cite Hr. Feels great to be linked with HR professionals at one platform.
I was working as an HR generalist with Future Group and now I am at Kharagpur working with dealers of Tata Motors.
I am sharing with you all, employee zone which I conceptualized at Big Bazaar- Kharagpur and my small team let that happiness zone happen.

Welcome onboard, nice piece of work put up, just a small bit of free advice
It seems to have spend a huge sum of Money, The facts of people like use doing EC activates, we should minimize the cost and give max output that is when our job is well accepted by the management, if not they may say if money is spend like this any one can do the job.

Thank you so much for your appreciation.
I do also believe that creativity with a purpose can be achieved without escalation of cost.
Request to go through the presentation again.
Wasted sun boards were being used for the entrance make up.
Bamboo are being used for frames as well as for spoon/ fork holders for the table.
Paintings are being done by one of my team member who voluntarily contributed.
For the lockers, 50 paise postcards were being used.
Also paper thongas has been used for decoration.
The cost for installing punching bag has been borne both by employees and the management.
We were given a budget of 20000 rs and different stores have footed this bill.
But I must tell you proudly that our bill was much less comparitively.
