As per my offer letter, i have joined a financial broking company as Branch Manager-Business development. But after 10days of my joining, they change my profile name as Manager-Business Development. Reason of the changes is not clear. Would it be similar one?
What are the consequence? What should be mine next step? Please Guide me Urgently.

If your job profile...role & responsibilities are not changed, then what is your concern ?
If you dont like the new designation...you can resign but you can not do anything against the organization as the organization has not changed your job profile.

You can discuss the matter with your HR. They may also also look into your concern.
But instead of going into legalities and wasting your time and money, it would be better if you dont like the job...resign and look for some better opportunity
