Dear Friends
There was a request made in the Citehr forum for a draft outline of a communication policy under the following link
https://www.citehr.com/393213-how-ma...on-policy.html
An excellent contribution was made by Ash Nejati ( which I deduced is a suitably amended outline of a communication policy drafted by an UN agency). However since the same was shared in the link by pasting the contents, the outcome was a very lengthy and difficult to assimilate policy.
I noticed a very serious interest by many readers, almost all of whom wanted the policy as an attachment. However since Ash Nejtai was unable to upload the attachment, I have taken the liberty of reformatting the same as a WORD document file. I am attaching the same here for ready reference.
I have tried to edit it as best as I could, but would urge those using the outline of the policy to carefully edit and proof read to suit your organizations requirements. I would also draw your attention to the fact that this policy emphasizes only on EMAIL communication.
Some matters that have been highlighted possibly refer to the administrative policies of the Organization that originally drafted the policy but I have retained it for a better appreciation of the original document from which this document has be suitably adapted.
Hope many of you find the attachment useful and relevant to your needs.
