I am sure, since you are an ISO company, will have no reason to issue your Payslip. Speak to your HOD and HR to sort out this issue. I hope, there will not be any major reason to issue the payslip

Why you are stopping with HR Manager, as you have reminded her quite no of times. Brought the issue before her boss and get a solution,

Thank for your valuable suggestion.
But the thing is ours is small BPO here our HR & Accounts Manager are telling they are working on it and another think is that there is no PF deduction for any of them from one year in our organization.
I get my salary credited in Bank, I have my increment letter and appointment letter, but the thing is in all organizations they ask our pay slips, So I am thinking to go to court so please suggest me can I register Case on our HR.

Hey Samual Bhavin Here,
you are 100% entitle for salary slip as per legal aspect. you must have the proof of your salary. so, first you talk with your HR and still they are lingering you can scared them by intimating labour officer. but first you try soft effort and then fire them. Tit for Tat.

Hi Samuel,
It is compulsory for every registered company to give Pay slips. If you have not been receiving your payslips, then you are entitled to report the issues to the highest authority in your company (only if you have got no satisfactory response from your immediate and/or senior authorities). Go ahead and report the issue. They cannot stop up you since it is legal.
As far as having a record of the money drawn each month, you can always take a print out of the bank statement and present it to anyone who is asking for it.
Hope this helps.
