Hi,
I would like to share checklist and documents related to Foreigners Employment Visa registration, this is one of the most important TASK handled either by HR team or Admin (TRAVEL) team.
Any foreigner who come to India on Employment Visa (EV) and his dependents on Employment Dependent (XV) visa need to register with Foreigners Regional Registration office (FRRO) with in 14 days from the date of arrival in to INDIA, if delay in registration USD 30 need to be paid as penalty.
Note: Minimal annual salary should be USD 25000 + (with out Income Tax) is mandatory, with out this his/her visa Registration / Extension application would be rejected and EXIT visa will be issued to facilitate EXIT out of INDIA.

IMPORTANT INFO: Members going to FRRO Bangalore please be aware CHECKLIST for Visa extension has been changed, they need additionally SKILL CERTIFICATE on non judicial stamp paper of Rs. 100 Value deuly signed by HR Head and COMPANY ROUND SEAL to be stamped.

We are One of the Training Institute in Bangalore which gives CISCO ,MICROSOFT, LINUX Training . We are having courses with a duration of 2 months to 1 year 6 months. We are finding difficult to get Visa for the foreign students applying from other various countries telling that we are not registered . We tried finding from where to get ourself registered ,but are unable to do so.
In case any body can suggest us for this i would be highly oblige for the same.
