Hi Experts,
I had quit my previous job in june 2007 and had applied for PF transfer from my new company and even after 4 years it was not transferred and i was not able to track it. So i decided to withdraw the amount and applied for the same. The form was submitted from my previous company with company seal to the PF office in Bangalore. But the application got rejected asking me to submit the forms again with indemnity-cum-affidavit letter.
So if i want to again apply for withdrawal,
1. Can i submit the same forms directly to the PF office with the new affidavit letter, without going through the company? The application that was rejected ,was sent back to me with a seal on it from PF office.
2.Is there any other letter needed stating the reason for not withdrawing the PF for more than 3 years?Whats the format for that?
Thanks,
Sinu

After leaving the organisation you will have to claim the PF within the period of 1 year. Otherwise you have to submit the PF Withdrawal Application Form 19, Form 10C, Bank Passbook First page copy, Name Proof/Address Proof, Pan Card Copy, experience certificate/service certificate issued by previous employer in which your PF Number is mentioned alongwith an Affidavit letter duly attested by the Notory Public.

Hi Sinu
As Mr.Bhaskar suggested Form 19, Form10C, Bank Passbook frst copy or cancelled cheque leaf shall be enclosed. But address proof & PAN copy is not required.
Infact Indemnity Bond-cum-affidavit has to be submitted.
It is important once again the authorised signatory from the previous company has to attest. Please ask them even Form5 & 10 along with Form3A for full period.
Coz in Bangalore especially in KR Pura PF office there is no track of the documents which employers submitted.
