Dear Rashee ,

Are you designing the policy or reviewing it ? Please find two documents attached in the link. You may have to make it specific to your requirements. The per diem needs to be industry competitive .

Hi,
An employee handbook should contain experts from the policy, but more of guidelines. Need not publish all the contents of a policy into a hand book. It should merely be a guide and for any details and doubts, emplolyee should always refer to the policy and procedure document.

Hi (Cite Contribution),
Thanks for your response.
To be specific, please let me know if Mediclaim policy and Insurance policy for travelling is complusory to be done of employee going abroad.
If all arrangements are done by client like, boarding, local conveynce, to & fro then still should be pay any DA and how should we pay salary.
As we do not have any formalized policy and we want to keep the cost low also. Please give your comments on this.
