It is good that everyone asks any question on this citehr, but I think dignity matters and it is a question of common sense. What my friend is doing with any other group is none of my business, yes if he/she asks me to help; I personally guide him/her. It is also a subject of issues that we have to take his / her consent prior to posting their matter on the citehr.
It has been observed that people are asking husband and wife relationships here, and I think we have loosing our dignity of HR-Professionals. This is not our core business.

s v can consider it. but make sure that u hv collected the correct 2nd address. collect his relatives address and consider them as gaurdian along with their contact numbers.

Dear Hardeep,
First, tell your friend to give the change of address to his/her HR (i.e., old address is Paying guest and the new address is the Flat).
When any employee joins a company with one address and later he/she changes the residence, then immediately he/she has to update the change of address. Then there will be no misunderstandings.

If An Candidate mnetioned another address instead of Permamnet address will be considered as his/Her Local or communication Address.
At the time of joining, He must have to submiit required documents.

You should always mention your Current and your Permement Addressin you Cv, because know many of the company do referecnce check. and at fist why and for what shall we hide for .
What ever we are, we are. we cannot be some thing else if we show something else.

FAKE...if m fake than who r u...????i remember when dada posted a comment that this is a foolish question...than the very next post was urs dear(supporting him) .....which means that u easily comes under anybody's influence...which is not good for ur attitude....!.....
I TRUST CITEHR SENIORS/MY DEAR FRIENDS MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE...so who are u to say this thing that nobody gonna solve my problem in future....n if members want to answer/suggest me something reg my post...than i can't say directly to them anything..like pleaase i got my answer so don't post anymore....and if you think that my post is foolish/irrelevant..than why you posted a reply to it...???

As i've mentioned earlier that my friend is li'll bit confused regarding address.....that was cuz of layoffs...(as i talked to him n again asked him everything clearly that what exactly is the matter)
But in the afternoon only he called me and told me that he was just afraid cuz many of his employees laid off due to non performance and that's why the hr dept asking for their address(current)....but in his case it was something else related to bank statement.
After reading all of your views i suggested him to give his current address(as i personally too think that there's no need to hide somethin in that)
