Dear Swetha,
Recruitment turn around time can be calculated from the time the position is opened to the Consultants / Partners to the position closed by offering the offer letter.
Usually the turn around time is more due to late feedback from the line manager / functional head; non availability of the panel members, position to go slow and other external factors.
The same can be traced by highlighting the date of profiles shared, the date of feedback shared and the date of position closed.
The best and the ideal turn around time to close 1 position in a Company is 20 days....
The turn around time less then 20 days can be a benchmark for TAT...
The efficiency of consultancies can be measured by taking out the hit rate.
The hit rate can be calculated on the basis of:
1. No. of profiles received.
2. No of profiles shortlisted for interview
3. No. of candidates shortlisted
The overall hit rate will be calculated by
Hit Rate = No. of profiles received / No. of candidates selected
