I am interested in starting a Job consultancy on my own. I would like to know how to start it, how much would it cost, and other factors leading to it I am doing my MBA (HR and marketing) final year.

i think opening just a placement agency is not the complete model + when you come under such a broad segment...you tend to place people from quite different fields in turn loosing you market positioning and value. i m planning to open a segment specific training + a placement agency. that way i m compelled to study the clients requirement and which is not only for me. the client also see that i m putting a sincere effort of his industry. secondly money of course - from training as well as placement.
to start with BPO and call centers comes as a first choice in mind... further franchising is the future model. i live in noida and want to target noida and ghaziabad to start with.
now please dont tell me that i have to have a circle for business development.. dude. i know. tell me how can i make a corporate circle.. any willing people to work in partnership are also welcome.
kindly discuss the idea with practical examples and if possible please suggest some people u know migth be helpful
