Dear All,
I was worked in a company called XXXXXX, i am in probationary period and my company asked me to leave. They told they settle the money, but still i have not received the settlement and the relieving order. As per my Offer letter, they clearly mentioned that if company asked to leave they'll give one month salary. Kindly advice if there is any legal proceedings to get the money.

U please go and meet ur boss with the xerox copy of ur offer letter and ask them as per company noms they have to pay u one month salary with the polite manner i think ur problem can slove
