Hi,
I am Vasu, a MBA (HR) and LLB Graduate. Earlier I was a HR Manager. Now I am practicing in Legal field.
I need to serve a Legal notice on behalf of a employee to his earlier employer, which promised some gifts to that employee if he meet a specified target. He was successful in meeting his targets, all his other colleagues were given gifts as per the norms (written/mail communication between the employer and the employee) except him. Eventually he left that org. by serving his notice period. All his dues were cleared by the co. except gifts (worth Rs. 1 Lakh). Regarding this there were some mail exchanges which he communicated with the HR department. Please do suggest me will he get his gifts. Tomorrow being the last day, would appreciate your early comments on the same.

Thank You,
