I have recently joined the forum.
i wish to know the salaries for following positions in software industry:
1. Hr Executive(1 yrs exp in recruitment)
2. Hr & Admin Executive(1 yrs exp in general Administration)
3. Asst Manager Hr(3 yrs exp as Generalist)
4. Sr. Account Exe(2 yrs exp in handling over all accounting)
5. Business Development Exe(both SR and JR- exp between 0-4yrs)
6. Business Development Manager (5+ yrs Exp)
7. Quality Exe(2 yrs exp)
All the employees at these positions are BE/ post graduates.
Hope someone would be able to help me on this.If some one can give me a link which can give me comparative salaries in this industry, it would be great.

2. Hr & Admin Executive(1 yrs exp in general Administration) CTC would range between 1.5-1.7Lp.a
3. Asst Manager Hr(3 yrs exp as Generalist)would get somewhere between 4-5 L p.a.
4. For Sr. Account Exe(2 yrs exp in handling over all accounting)- 3.5-4L p.a.
5. For Business Development Exe(both SR and JR- exp between 0-4yrs)- for a fresher- 1.5-2L p.a. should be fine for 2-3years of exp.- 2.5-4Lp.a, for 3-4 years exp-5.0- 5.5 Lp.a is ideal
6. For Business Development Manager (5+ yrs Exp)- 6-7L p.a is ideal
7. For Quality Exe(2 yrs exp)- 2.5-3L p.a is fine
