I'm working in Pvt Company In Bangalore It's BPO industry. My shift timings is 5.30 Pm to 3 Am, it's 9.5 hours every day, and Saturday and Sunday Leave.
But Due to Less work, they sent me home at 10 pm on Wednesday
They are forced to come to Work On Saturday during the Same shift Overtime work. But the Overtime amount Will pay only for Saturday 9.5 hours Minus 5 hours of Wednesday Early logout
9.5-5 = 4.5 hours Only because Overtime amount pay only after 48 hours in week
Kindly please Respond if this is correct They are eating all my colleagues' Money 🤑
