Previously, I applied for a company, but I didn't join that company. They have created my PF account with my UAN with no exit date and no money added.
Now I got to know that that company is blacklisted, so I contacted that company, and they said they can put a date on the exit day of PF, so what exit date should I put for that blacklisted company.

UAN number cannot be created again for EPF contributions hence, if you have joined in any company inform the HR to use this same UAN number and joining date and request this previous company to give a DOE before this joining date. As No contributions made by the Company So, you need not require transferring (or) link the account with the present employer.

What exit date should I put as I haven’t worked there, so that it’ll not hinder my future background verifications and opportunities.

Exit date has to be put by Member itself. Mark Exit same date mentioned as DOJ. It is very strange that they created account without physical joining of a person.
