The roles and responsibilities of Sr.Executive - HR will differ from Organisation to Organization and it would be Company specific. Many Companies use to utilise the service of HR Personnel in operations/Technical work also.
In general the major functions will be
Recruitment and Hiring.
Training and Development.
Employer-Employee Relations.
Handling Employee Benefits.
Handling Disciplinary issues
Ensuring congenial work environment
