Dear HR's, Having Doubt regarding Salary during Lockdown. If we not pay the salary for UN-Present Employees what will happen? If we pay how to manage the leave benefit? Nothing Notification we got from Labour department regarding Salary payment during lock down.
What assurance is there! if we pay the salary to employees then they will not report to the work? or Else once they come back to the work shall we pay the salary?
