Dear Seniors, I am working in one of the IT Consulting company and here i have joined only 2 months back. We have many employees working in Head Office - Hyderabad and few employees working in other state where employee strength about 4-5 in co working place and they work for our client requirements. Here employees are frequently leaving the company without any information, they are lot of exits in past one year. Actually i need to find out what might be the reasons for exits please advise me on analysing the process.
Thanks in advance.

Put a criteria that the resigning/leaving employees shall attend an Exit interview with HR/Chief Executive, before they receive their final settlement pay. Devise the Exit interview questionnaire in such a way that you may get all information you need to know about his exit.

It's well and truly time to look at your recruitment and selection procedures and process.
To have such a high staff turnover is a good indication that you are not hiring the right staff to begin with.
However, other factors come in to play as well, e.g. salary, work conditions, benefits, opportunities to advance, etc, etc.
Sounds like your organisation needs a top to bottom investigation of why people don't want to stay.
There are no simple answers to high attrition rates.

Swathi,
You may include notice period in appointment letter and, if any employee leaves without giving notice or serving during notice period, you may send legal notice and require the salary in lieu of notice period.

Apart from what John in Oz recommend, I would suggest to talk to your ex employees and try to understand what problems they are facing. Gather all the required data and act accordingly.
Secondly you can change your payroll date.
