This is Bala from chennai, I had completed my BE and MBA ( Full Time) now working as a recruiter in an consultancy.
First of all let me tel u a thing, i have the passion towards the recruitment, so i choosen this field, now i am planning for a better career, so i decided to do SAP HR or HCM , i have nearly 5 months of experience in recruitment field.
Is it better for me to do SAP HR during this time, Am i choosen the better option, Kindly clarify.
