Now that Every Employer of Organization is legally liable to Provide Protection to Women from Sexual Harassmenet at Workplace by Co-Creating A Safe and Secure Workplace Environment as prescribed under Section-19 of the Sexual Sexual Harassmenet at Workplace (P, P & R) Act 2013 and reprt Compliance vide Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rule gazetted on 31st July 2018, please go ahead and comply proply and faithfully.
In addition, Imp Employment-related Laws namely PF & MP Act, Graituity Act, Payment of Wages Act, Min Wages Act, Amended Maternity Act, Contract Labour (A & R) Act need to be adhered to.
