I was working with a reputed cement company from last 7 years, during my tenure I put my company a respectable presence in my market. Two years back there was a change in the upper management.
I was given the responsibility that was no where mentioned in my appointment letter but I accepted those & was rewarded with a foreign tour as well however later my working area was given to other manager, who later started targeting me & one fine day I was called at HO & was told by HR they have enough evidence against me of financial irregularities & wanted me to resign, when I asked to show the proof I was never showed any & threatened me to terminate me & I resigned & was given relieving letter next day. Its almost 8 months company has not settled my f&f.

Please visit the dignitaries and discuss with them on the the delay. If there will be delay, fine If denied, file a complaint at the labour commissioner office of that area
