Dear colleague,
1 MB Act applies to the Commercial Establishment and others if you have 10 or more employees working or worked on any day during during preceding 12 months
2. ML is paid leave granted for 26 weeks of which 8 weeks preceding due date of delivery and 18 weeks post delivery.
3. Medical bonus of Rs 3500/- is to be paid in addition to ML.
4 . please read the MB Act for details and follow.
