Hi, I have joined in a IT company 1.5 years ago where there are no HR policies ( realised after joining)
During my joining employer told that 2 years bond plus 3 months notice period after bond period, and I have to hand over my original certificates. At the same time I asked about HR policies, then they said that they will provide it after joining. After I joined, I reminded them about HR policies then they just explained the policies orally, which all are against employees and in favour to employer.
Before I joined they told salary hike will be given after 6months completion. But no appraisal has been given yet (1.5 yrs completed).
I questioned them strongly about appraisal recently, no proper answer them and they scared that I will leave job and forced mentally to sign on 2 yrs bond ( this bond dated from my joining date).
They have very strange HR policies like if I don't go to office on Friday, they deduct salary for Friday and Saturday. If I don't go Monday, deduct Sunday and Monday salary.
If I get sick, apply for leave for that day. Next day they tell to me don't take leave.
Recently we came to know that if we want to get leave, we have to apply 1 day before and get approval, otherwise they will deduct 2 days salary (leave day and next day). This rule hasn't been intimated officially but they deducted. I went and asked them, without intimating this new rule, how they can deduct my salary. They told that they will send email regarding this new rule soon. But they haven't answered about my salary deduction.
Every day they are coming up with new rules which are not favourable to us.
My question is, if we get sick or meet with accident etc. as we can not predict them how can we apply 1 day before, so obviously we have to loose 2 days salary.
My employer make my life so miserable financially.
If I want to quit the job, they hold my original certificates, bond and obviously they don't give relieving letter.
I am struggling alot to quit from this job and also I am ready to fight legally against my employer. So, kindly give me your valuable suggestions to how to approach with my employer. Please help me out.
Thank you
