We are Pvt ltd Company & have Office cum workshop in Mumbai & have registered under Maharashtra Shops & Establishment Act. Also we have taken Trade License for doing Computer Repairing Activity.
Now we have taken one more premises in same building and shifted Workshop & Repairing activity to new premises.
Please advise whether we have to take new Shops & Establishment Registration of New Premises or we can do addition of new premises in existing Registration.
Also our trade Licenses can be shifted to new premises or new Trade Licenses have to be taken.
