EPFO has not upgraded the compatibility of its server portal with latest browsers.
Following steps will solve the issue (3 Basic requirements):-
1) Active DSC
2) Mozilla firefox 48 browser
3) Java 8 update 144 (which will automatically take an update when we log in for KYC approval) from compatible browser.
