We are now registered with EPFO with effect from 01.04.2017 and are eligible to get benefits under PMRPY. We have registered with PMRPY, and finally, when trying to digitally sign the PDF, we get an error message "invalid stream header 0D0A3C21." Our Java version is updated. Help us to solve this issue.

Dear, make sure your digital signature status is active on epfo portal, then only you will be able to sign any pdf on pmrpy portal.
