i would like to ask you that i have generat UAN number. and also uploded id proof document. the uan number generated by my old company.
now old company does not have digitial signeture hence that company is not able to verify my uploded document so i am facing some problem in new company. what would u suggest

Don't worry....have patience... its the duty of PF department to comply digital signature of the company.. You need not worry..
If the company fails to do so then they face a show cause notice to why they are not uploaded digital signature.

Now the solution is that, you dont need to worry about the past employer is uploaded digital signature or not.
Ask your new employer to upload the returns with new member id. UAN is not required or not compulsory to create a new member id in Form 9.
If the new company pays your one month salary and paid your one month contributions to epfo, then, a new UAN will be generated. You can use that newly generated UAN for future.
