Currently our employee are parking there 2 wheeler . We have sufficient space for parking compare to our employee strength. The main problem is that most employee park there vehicle in wrong away due to which the parking space is get blocked & other employee dont get space to park there vehicle. I sent many email to our employee about ethics of parking but no use.
Daily i receive complaint for non availability of parking space.

1) Mark the area per 2wheeler ensure that marking done properly so that people feel comfortable to park as well as take out vehicle easily.
2) depute 01 Security Personnel / Office Boy till the staff gets disciplined to park the vehicle
3) Circulate email that those who break the parking discipline that employee will be barred to park vehicle for next day
4) Take Head of the company's help to punish those infringe the discipline.
