Where I work, we are having a challenge with parking. An empty car park is close by. I contacted the owner and got a cost estimate for renting it along with a draft agreement. I would like to prepare a proposal for the CEO.

Any guidance on writing the proposal would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

- Specify with whom this agreement will be made.
- Detail the research on real estate prices, any negotiations made, and the price quoted by the owner.
- List the benefits of utilizing this parking area.
- Address who will manage the parked vehicles and discuss the security arrangements.
