I'm working with one of the construction company which is based in Nashik and having Projects of Road & bridge construction as well as power distribution projects at PAN India basis.
Since we are established in Nashik, we have taken Shops & Establishment Act License in Nashik.
My question is, does I need to take Shops & Establishment Act License at different projects (Site offices) where we are working as well ?

Yes, Vishal; if the locations of your site offices fall within the geographical are of jurisdiction of the respective State Shops & Est. Acts, you have to get registration.

Thank you for your reply, but my concern is we are having multiple site offices on single project as road stretch is of 80km to 120km, so for convenient point of view we setup temporary offices after every particular distance, then how can we obtain multiple Shops & Est. licences for same company ?
