Our company is based in Bangalore. We have a shop and establishment license for our registered office. Now we have started a corporate office in a new location in Bangalore. Do we need to apply for a separate license for the new premises? If so, how can we apply on the E-krmika website?

Dear Smita, As i’m from Mumbai and not much aware about bangalore S&E act would like to inform that the every establishment has to have separate license for every premises they operate from.

There is nothing called "License" under The Karnataka Shops & Commercial Establishments Act. On the contrary, areas notified under the Act have to register their establishments. Such establishments are issued a Registration Certificate. You have 2 offices in two different locations warranting separate registration with the applicable jurisdictional authority.
