I use to work for a Real estate company in India - Mumbai and left on 10/06/2015 however they have not yet paid my May and June salary, was said will get paid in full and final settlement in a month but i has not yet happened. I have taken the salary slip from them for may but it is yet not paid to me Also, I have official resigned with proper resignation and notice period. Please suggest what to be done in such scenario? i am trying to reach everyone possible in the company including the director but havent got any answer yet. please suggest a legal way to claim my salary

Hai.. Just check for the Labour office.. inform your problem to those authorities in a letter.. they will resolve it immediately

When you have served the notice period and got relief you will certainly get the final payment settled. In case the organisation fails, better get in touch with the EPF authorities for your PF settlement, further if you have served for more than 10 years you will get pension certificate accordingly. For other settlement, first serve a notice to the organisation in writing and wait for 15 days to get the reply, further, after 15 days endorse a copy to the near by labour office endorsing a copy to them, wait for 15 days, then you have every right to proceed pulling the organisation for non settlement. Always, make sure you are giving time to the organisation to respond. Is your company registered then under which Category find out and approach the authorities.
